THE WORKSHOP
More than just a place of production, the workshop is a space for research, experimentation and creation. This is where new shapes are developed, wood species are carefully selected, and every detail is refined before becoming a Merlin board.
Every board is designed, pressed, cut, shaped and finished in our workshop in France. We maintain complete control over every stage of production, with no industrial outsourcing.
ARTISAN SHAPER
Each board’s outline is shaped by hand. It takes more time, but gives the artisan the freedom to refine every detail rather than simply following a computer-generated template.
