Each project is designed together with you to create a truly unique board, while respecting the technical requirements of a board made to be ridden.
It all starts with a conversation to understand your vision, your riding style and your needs. Together, we define the shape, dimensions, materials and finishes. The board is then handcrafted in our workshop, with careful attention to every detail. From the first sketch to the final finish, each step gradually brings a unique piece to life.

Custom work at Merlin is not simply about personalizing a board, but about designing and crafting a piece that reflects who you are.
Decoration integrated into the piece
Marquetry, wood inlays, veneers or laser engraving: we favor techniques that integrate your project directly into the board.
Custom design
Start with an existing shape or create your own. Shape, dimensions, wood species and finishes are tailored to your project.
Full production in the workshop
From design to finishing touches, every step is carried out in our workshop. You communicate directly with the artisan who designs and crafts your board.
Surface-applied decoration
We do not create decorations simply applied to the surface. An image, logo or pattern must be integrated into the design of the piece.
Standardized customization
We favor shapes crafted by hand throughout the manufacturing process. Each board passes through the hands of the shaper.
Outsourced production
At Merlin, every stage of production is carried out in our workshop, from pressing to finishing. You communicate directly with the artisan who designs and crafts your board.
