SHIPPING POLICY

This page outlines the shipping policy applied by MERLIN SKATEBOARDS.

​

Article 1. Order Processing Times

​

All orders are processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may take longer than usual.

 

Article 2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

​

MERLIN SKATEBOARDS ships to the following destinations:

​

  • Metropolitan France

  • European Union: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands

  • Overseas: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

Shipping Methods:

​

  • Standard Delivery: The package is delivered to the customer's home.

  • Pickup Point: The package is collected by the customer at the selected pickup point during the order process.

 

Customers may collect their order for free from the workshop at 3 rue André Maurois 24100 BERGERAC by appointment.

​

Delivery Times:

​

Delivery times are provided at the time of ordering and depend on the shipping method. Generally, delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan France and the European Union, and 15 to 30 business days for overseas territories.

Article 3. Shipping Fees

​

Overview of shipping fees:

​

  • Metropolitan France: €9.99 for standard delivery; €4.99 for pickup point.

  • European Union (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands): from €10.99 to €49.99 depending on the order weight.

  • Overseas (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon): from €29.99 to €99.99 depending on the order weight.

Shipping fees are subject to adjustment and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Article 4. Shipping Restrictions

​

MERLIN SKATEBOARDS ships only to metropolitan France, the European Union countries listed in Articles 2 and 3, and overseas departments and territories.

​

Any customs fees and import taxes upon arrival (especially for overseas territories) are the responsibility of the customer, who should check with relevant authorities beforehand.

​

Article 5. Order Tracking

​

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the carrier’s website.

​

Article 6. Damaged or Lost Items

​

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.

Article 7. Right of Withdrawal

​

In accordance with current legal provisions, you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item if it does not suit you, without needing to justify your decision.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

​

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing at the following email address: contact@merlinskateboards.com.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

​

Return Fees

​

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product.

​

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

​

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases:

​

  • Customized or made-to-order items, such as custom and bespoke skateboards.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or without their original packaging.
