How are Merlin Skateboards decks made?

Each board is handcrafted in our workshop in south-west France. Pressing, cutting, sanding and finishing are carried out with the same level of care to ensure consistent quality.

Are the decks designed to be ridden?

Yes. All Merlin Skateboards decks, including marquetry creations, are designed to be ridden. Whether you choose to ride them daily, display them as decorative pieces, or give them both lives is entirely up to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Merlin Skateboards ships its creations throughout France and internationally. Each board is carefully prepared and protected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Can I create a fully custom board?

Yes. We design fully custom skateboards, surfskates, cruisers and mini cruisers. Shape, dimensions, wood species or finishes: each board is handcrafted in our workshop to match your vision.

The Flip 7.4" is a skateboard designed for freestyle skating, with a compact and responsive shape that makes movements and tricks easier. Its narrow format and short wheelbase provide a maneuverable board, suited to riders looking for precision and control.

Its flat concave and single kicktail offer a natural stance and provide the freedom needed to work on movements, rotations and first tricks. Lightweight and responsive, it is particularly well suited to technical and dynamic skating.

Its Canadian maple construction provides strength and responsiveness, while its White Ebony finish ply gives the deck a distinctive touch.

Handcrafted in the Merlin Skateboards workshop, the Flip 7.4" combines traditional craftsmanship, precision and the pleasure of riding.
