Merlin Skateboards skateboards are entirely designed and handcrafted in our workshop in France.
Every stage of production—from pressing to shaping, including sanding and finishing—is carried out with precision and rigor.
Manufacturing is based on a local and artisanal approach: no mass production, but limited series and unique boards, made with passion and attention to detail.

MATERIALS & DURABILITY
The wood species used in the manufacturing process are meticulously selected.
Canadian maple comes from sustainably managed forests and is SFI certified. It's a very dense and robust wood, known for its durability and excellent skateboarding performance. It also produces stiff, responsive boards that deliver powerful pop.
The other species come from short supply chains (Dordogne), from sawmills offering veneers with low environmental impact, and always comply with current international standards.
CUSTOMIZATION & PERFORMANCE
Our boards are specially designed to meet the demands of street, bowl, park or freestyle: they are solid, rigid, and offer the dynamism necessary to perform tricks and technical figures.
In this collection, you will find models with classic or more specific shapes, adapted to different riding styles.
You also have the option of designing your own custom skateboard: choosing the dimensions, shape, concave, graphic design... for a board that truly suits you.
